The fourth poem I sold to Quatrain.Fish came out today!
This one started out as a much longer piece (closer to 30 lines, instead of the final 4 line version). During my review/editing process for it, I realized these lines (originally the last stanza) packed more of a punch on their own, so I decided to try shopping them around as a stand-alone piece, and voila!
