Coming next weekend: SFWA’s Nebula Conference!
It’s an annual event hosted by the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA) held both in-person (usually in Anaheim, California) and online. Every Saturday evening at the Nebula conference, SFWA announces the winners of its Nebula Awards, one of the major prizes out there for English-language speculative fiction writers.
This year, SFWA’s Nebula Conference will be from 6 – 9 June 2024. Additional online programming for Nebula Conference attendees goes on after the conference throughout the next 12 months. To register for this year’s Nebula Conference (as an in-person or online attendee), go here: https://events.sfwa.org/
The Nebula Awards Ceremony itself is streamed online and is free to access. If you haven’t been keeping up with new books as they came out in 2023, this is a great way to find some to add to your reading list! This year, starting on Saturday, 8 June 2024, at 11pm EST, you can watch the Nebula Awards Ceremony on youtube at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKhwaZ8DdZ4
